About Ryan
Ryan Hinricher is the founder of Investor Nation, the parent company of Oak Avenue Real Estate, and the management company of Oak Avenue Development. Hinricher owned his first rental property at age 22. Since then he’s bought, sold, renovated, or built thousands of homes in Tennessee and Florida and has transacted over $1 billion in real estate. Hinricher spent 10 years in the banking business as an analyst, underwriter, and branch manager, serving as Wells Fargo’s youngest branch Manager by age 22. By age 24 he was managing a branch with $50m in assets and left to pursue a career in the real estate space.
Hinricher grew up in South Dakota and currently resides in the Orlando metro area with his family.
Hinricher has been quoted by the Wall Street Journal, The Real Deal, WallStreet 24/7, Realtor Magazine, US Chamber of Commerce, and others. He co-authored the book: Forget Wall Street: Invest in Blue-chip Real Estate. Hinricher wrote Bigger Pockets weekly economic column for 2 years.
