We have stayed small because the alternative is handing you to whoever is on floor duty. One agent takes you from the first conversation to the closing table, and that is the same person every time.
We moved here too
Our team comes from all over, and most of us went through the business of relocating before we ever sold anyone else on it. It is why we are better at the parts nobody warns you about than the parts that are on the listing.
