Every other site will hand you a number in four seconds. Those numbers come from a model that has never seen your kitchen, and sellers quote them back at agents for months afterwards.

We do it the slower way. Tell us where the house is and a little about it, and the agent who works that town comes back with a range and the comps it rests on. If it turns out you're outside our corridor, we'll say so and introduce you to someone who isn't.
