Fair housing
We support and comply with the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Opportunity Act.

The law
It is illegal to discriminate in the sale, rental or financing of housing, or in other housing-related transactions, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin or disability. Florida law adds further protections, and several counties and municipalities we work in add more on top of that.
What that means here
We will not answer questions about whether a neighborhood is “good”, who lives there, or what the schools are “like” in terms that stand in for protected characteristics. Not because we are being evasive, but because steering is exactly what those conversations become. We will point you at the data and let you read it: school ratings, crime statistics, demographics and census figures are all public, and we will tell you where to find them.
Accessibility of housing
Buyers and tenants with disabilities are entitled to reasonable accommodations and, in many cases, to make reasonable modifications. Tell your agent what you need and they will work it into the search rather than around it.
If you think we got it wrong
Tell us first if you are willing to, because we would rather know. You can also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at hud.gov, or with the Florida Commission on Human Relations.
